How do I get Nyx for my venue?
Book a demo at nyxapp.net/demo and we'll walk you through setup. Onboarding typically takes one session and the only hardware you need is an iPad or smartphone.
What does it cost?
Plans start from €29/month. Pricing scales with features — see the full breakdown in the pricing section above.
How do guests find my venue on Nyx?
You share a unique registration link on your social media, website, or at the door. Guests download the Nyx app, create an account, and find your venue through your link or by searching in the app.
Can I use just one feature, or do I need everything?
You can start with any single feature — many venues begin with just Guest List or Memberships and expand over time. There's no requirement to activate every module.
How do ticket payouts work?
Ticket revenue is processed through Stripe and paid out directly to your connected bank account. You set your own ticket prices; Nyx's platform fee is shown transparently per ticket.
Do guests need the Nyx app?
Guests use the Nyx app to manage memberships, request guest list access, and buy tickets. For tables and some campaigns, guests receive a direct link and no app is required.
Can I connect Stripe, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo?
Yes. Stripe is built in for ticket sales and prepayments. Mailchimp and Klaviyo connect to campaigns so you can sync your audience and trigger email flows from Nyx data.
